La Victoria bakery with over 60 years of Family Tradition is offering a Parents an hour off for Teen class where the young Adult chefs themselves can work different stations in the goal of making Palm Leaves. 

Each Teen recieves hands on tutorial of what shall be done to achieve their goal. From  mixing the dough to spreading the dough the young adults  will be in charge of producing a whole batch of Palms. It is new skill and experimental time for making treats.

At the end of the class, they get to put the items in the oven and also get a piece of the bounty in the form of 6 palms to take home..... and 1 palm with a glass of milk to eat on "brake" or after class. Parents also recieve a same day coupon or 30% of anything in the store. 

Best of all, parents get an hour and 15 minutes ( 1.25 hour) of much deserved freedom to roam the mission and have lunch. There is no charge to leave the kids waiting a few extra minutes since there is vast seating in the cafe. No teen will be let out of the shop unless specifically told

Perfect for birthday parties, graduations or just a good ol' brake in the middle of a Saturday..... for both you and your teen. From 1 parent to another..... you need a break.... and its better than those sleep overs that you put up with.

Parents over the age of 21 may also purchase tickets to play along and share the experience with their kids.
